Primetime match up versus

Week 3
In a back and forth game that featured
offensive explosions the New York Jets defeated
the Miami Dolphins 31-23. The absence of
Darrelle Revis affected the Jets defense
and overall scheming. Both teams put up
over 400 yards of total offense. Quarterback
Mark Sanchez had another solid game passing
for 256 yards and three touchdowns. The
defense forced one interception and two
sacks on Miami quarterback Chad Henne. Last

great game that reminded people why he is

The Buffalo Bills are a bad football team
and the Jets never let them get into the

over struggling Minnesota Vikings
Week 5
The Jets played a solid game in defeating
the Minnesota Vikings by a final score of
29-20. They basically dominated the first
half with ball control and passing mix.
The second half proved to be a different
story. The Vikings scored three touchdowns
and made the game really close. Brett Farve
had a chance to lead his team down the field
for a game winning field goal. His effort
fell short as Dwight Lowery intercepted
his pass and brought it back for a touchdown.
Next up for the New York Jets is a road
game at the Denver Broncos.

Jets go into Denver for
a tough road victory
Week 6
Denver is by far one of the toughest places
to get a road victory and the New York Jets
pulled out an excellent 24-20 victory over
the Denver Broncos. The biggest play in
the game was a fourth and six call from
the Denver 48 yard line with under two minutes
left down by three points. Receiver Santonio
Holmes was interfered with by Denver defensive
back Renaldo Hill near the goal line. This
setup a Ladanian Tomlinson touchdown to
take the lead. The Jets now enter the bye
week with the best record in the NFL with
a five game winning streak. They have been
playing very well and getting back various
players from suspension only helps the team.
